Quiz Exporter for Gemini Notebook⢠is an independent browser extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It exports the quiz currently open in Gemini Notebook to JSON or CSV.
When you choose to export an open quiz, the extension reads only the Gemini Notebook page content required for that export. This may include the quiz title, question text, answer options, correct or incorrect answer state, hints, rationales or explanations, and text direction information used for LTR or RTL output.
The data is used solely to create the JSON or CSV file that you request. Processing and file generation take place locally in your browser.
The extension does not transmit quiz content or other user data to the developer or to an external server. It does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, external databases, API keys, or developer-operated cloud storage. The developer does not receive or retain your exported quiz content.
Exported JSON or CSV files are downloaded to your device through the browser. You control those files and their retention. The extension does not maintain a remote copy.
The extension requests access only to the Gemini Notebook web domains needed to provide its export function, including notebook.google.com, the legacy notebooklm.google.com domain for compatibility or redirects, and usercontent.goog pages used by the embedded interactive quiz.
To obtain answer state, hints, or rationales that Gemini Notebook exposes only after interaction, the extension may select an answer and move through the currently open quiz during export. As a result, the quiz may be left in an answered state. Users can use Gemini Notebook's Retake function when available to reset the quiz.
The extension does not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties. Your normal use of Gemini Notebook remains subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
The extension does not use Google APIs. To the extent the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy applies to website content handled by the extension, the use of that information is limited to the extension's disclosed single purpose and complies with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements.
